The school will be doing gradings of students for the first of the Five Element Dans: the Metal Element. Anyone who wishes to attend as audience and to support the students is most welcome.
Oct 2010 - Beginners Kung Fu Classes
Beginners Kung Fu classes are now offered on Monday and Thursday evenings at Richmond.
These classes teach the foundation skills and conditioning that are essential for further Kung Fu study.
An eight level grading system is used - the 8 Trigrams. These are not badges or belts worn in class. They are intended to give recognition of the skills and achievements of the student, and provide motivation for further study.

New Ziran Qigong Level 1 DVD available in the Shop
Ziran Qigong is a unique Chinese excercise system designed to exercise both the body, as well as prepare the mind, for day to day trials and stress.
Qigong draws on three main elements. It includes "Regulating the Body", through specific postures, self massage, and the movement of the limbs. "Regulating the Mind" through quiet relaxation and concentrations of one's mental activity; and "Regulating the Qi" by developing and strengthining the harmony between both mind and body.
Master Liu's Fourth Disciple Student
It gives us great pleasure to announce of the initiation of Fiona Patterson as the fourth disciple student of Master Liu De Ming, the lineage holder of Zi Ran Men. Fiona (picture still coming) was initiated at a ceremony on the 18th August 2006 and joins first disciple Le Le Wang-Burns (pictured left, initiated 9th July 2002), second disciple Stuart Holdsworth (pictured right, initiated 28th July 2003) third disciple Karl Braganza (initiated 9th February, 2005).
Permission for the additions to the Zi Ran Men lineage was granted from China by Wang Mian Xiang, the widow of the late Master Hong Zheng Fu.
