He is also a 7th generation lineage holder of Liu He Tang Lang.
In over 40 years of practice, Grandmaster Liu has condensed the essentials of both Yi and Zhang styles Ba Gua, Liu He Tang Lang and Xing Yi and incorporated them into his very own version of Cheng Shi Ba Gua Zhang. This style is characterised by continuously explosive, yet lithe and graceful movements with a focus on union of internal energy and external strength. His teaching style delightfully combines humour with traditional discipline.
